It is important that you show up on time, preferably no later than 10 minutes before start time, as we often have a lot booked.
Bringing alcohol is not allowed on our premises, as we have a beer and wine license. It is possible to order from the bar during your stay with us, which is served in your party room and must be kept there. This requires that everyone who participates is over 18 years old.
You have access to the room 30 minutes before the booked time.
When booking with a party room, a deposit of NOK 500 must be paid, which is deducted at the desk when you pay for your party.
Cancellation or change of time / date must be made no later than 1 week before the booked time. Later change / cancellation entails a fee of NOK 500.
When booking with a party room, there is a minimum booking of 6 people on weekdays and 10 people on weekends (Friday-Sunday). You can of course book for fewer, but it you must pay least for the minimum number for the day you book.
If you are fewer than the minimum number of people, you can book a table in The Barcade instead of a separate party room. You will then have your own table for the time you are with us. Contact us via the contact form if you want to book in The Barcade.
