A birthday celebration at Bodø ActionHall is fun, and full of Action!

From experience, we see that birthday celebrations with laser tags for children work best for children from 8 years and up.
When booking on weekdays, we have a minimum number when booking with a party room of 6 people. On weekends, the minimum number is 10 people on laser tag birthday with party room.
It is possible to book for smaller groups, but a minimum must be paid for the minimum number for the day you have booked.
It is of course possible for smaller groups to order only games and possibly eat at one of Bodø Sentrum's many pizza or burger restaurants. In that case, contact us via our contact form to book.
When booking our usual birthday packages with eg laser tag, you have 2 hours of birthday celebration in the birthday room, but those who arrange have the room available 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the actual celebration for preparation and cleaning. That is, if you book at 18:00 - 20:00, you can arrive at 17:30 to clear the room, and guests can arrive at 18:00.
Birthday room 1 can accommodate up to 30 people, while room 2 can accommodate 20. On laser roofs there is room for a maximum of 20 pieces at a time, so if there are several, you must be divided into 2 pools that play every other round. It is very important that you state in the booking if you become more than 20 so we keep enough time for you

On Saturdays it is not possible to book 3 rounds in advance, but it can be requested on the day if there is time.
If you are more than 20 who will play Lasertag, contact us, as in that case you must have more time in total, since we must divide you into 2 groups that play every other round, which will then result in a total of 4 rounds.
Blacklight Minigolf Birthday (ONLY Fridays and Saturdays at 20:00 or 20:30 or every first Sunday of the month at 12:30 or 13):
NOK 220 per participant
Minimum booking 10 people.
Age limit 10 years.
Birthday room available for 2 hours. Blacklight mini golf normally takes about 1 hour to complete. The children are divided into groups of a maximum of 6, who play one after the other. When group 1 has reached hole 2, the next group enters, etc.
At least 1 adult must be with the children into the mini golf course to supervise.

A deposit of NOK 500 is paid for booking with a party room, which is deducted at checkout when paying after the birthday.
Praktisk info:
We have 2 birthday/party rooms with us, and therefore also often 2 birthdays that run in parallel. We always book so that there is a 30-minute shift on these, so that the implementation will go as smoothly as possible. When booking with a birthday room, you can arrive 30 minutes before the booked time to prepare the room if desired, and that you have 30 minutes left for cleaning etc. That is, if you have booked at 18:00, you can arrive at 17:30 to make ready, and then the guests arrive at 6 p.m.
Especially for Blacklight Minigolf birthday:
The children are divided into groups of a maximum of 6 people, and play directly after each other. For example, when group 1 has reached hole no. 2, group no. 2 can start on hole 1.
We recommend that you start with mini golf, then take cake etc afterwards.
There must be at least 1 adult with the children in the mini golf course at all times, to keep an eye on it.
Especially for Lasertag birthday:
To achieve the best possible implementation for everyone, we want you to start with your first round at the beginning of the celebration, about 5-10 minutes after the start of the birthday. Then you can serve food / cakes after that. That way we avoid queues and waiting time, and in the worst case delays. While the children are inside and playing Lasertag, it is a good opportunity for the adults to relax with a cup of coffee and watch the children play on the surveillance cameras we have in the laser hall.
So a typical schedule for a Laser Birthday will be:
Round No. 1 about 5-10 minutes after the start of the birthday.
Serve food / drinks
Round No. 2 about 1 hour after the start of the birthday.
Cake / candy.
You will be notified in more detail about more exact times when you arrive.
In a few cases we will have to deviate a little from normal times, but in that case you will be notified and we will help to reorganize if needed.
It can sometimes be an idea to have a little game in the backhand between the rounds. We see that some groups of children finish eating very quickly and may become restless between the Laser Tag rounds.
Then it is possible to either buy tokens for the slot machines in the arcade, rent Lasertass shooting (see below), or invent a toy, such as the chair toy, the bottle spout pointing, etc. inside the room.
What's in the rooms?
Both of our rooms each have their own small fridge, disco light and bluetooth speaker with great sound, as well as tables and chairs, as well as pegs to hang jackets on.
We also have a projector in the room where we can show live from 5 cameras inside the Lasertag arena if desired.
Dishes, cups etc
We do not have the opportunity to have dishes, cups etc, as we do not have an approved commercial kitchen for dishes etc. Therefore you must bring disposable dishes and cups if you are to serve food and drink.
Kitchenette
We have a common kitchen for both birthday rooms. On this there are two ovens with hot air, so you can bake pizza or something else that can be baked in an oven. Unfortunately, there are no hobs or other options for cooking sausages or the like.
We have pizza platters to serve the pizza on.
Capacity
The birthday rooms can accommodate 30 or 20 people. In Lasertaghallen there is room for a maximum of 20 at the same time since we have 20 vests, so if you are more than that, we must divide you into 2 pools that play for each other. Everyone can still play their 2 or 3 rounds, it only has to be done in several rounds.
SLUSH
We sell what we believe is Bodø's best slush, which is made from real berries / raw materials, without artificial dyes. We have 3 flavors; Cola, Green Apple and Blueberry.
For children's birthdays with us, we give a discount on slush when buying for everyone on the birthday. Normal price is NOK 30 / each, but for children's birthdays you get a slush for NOK 20 per piece if it is bought for everyone on the birthday.
Minimum booking
Due to costs for operation and maintenance of the birthday rooms, we have to have a minimum number when booking with rooms. It is of course possible to book for smaller groups than the minimum number, but it must still be paid for the minimum number, which on weekdays is 6, while on Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is a minimum of 10 people.
Mini Games - Laser Assassin Shooting
We have made a small mini-game that can be rented in the birthday room for NOK 200, - which the children can entertain themselves with between the Laser Tag rounds. The game consists of a target with 6 laser paws and 2 nerf guns. 3 of the laser paws are on the green side, and 3 on the orange side. The purpose is, for example, to divide the group into 2 teams that compete on which team is the first to shoot down their laser paws. Each player gets one shot before it is the next player's turn. Continue like this until all 3 laser paws on their side have been shot down. This game controls you, and it requires an adult to supervise and take care of the equipment.
Tokens
It is possible to buy tokens for NOK 10 per piece (minimum purchase 10 pieces) that work on all our slot machines. This gives half the price compared to putting on a coin.
UV Makeup
We sell UV makeup in many different colors. These are lit by the UV light in the Laserhallen, the corridors and in both birthday rooms and look very stylish. These cost from NOK 50 per pin / package. We also have a multipack with 6 colors, brush, small UV lantern and sponge for NOK 250.
Adult Birthday and Alcohol
We have now been granted a license to serve beer and wine, so brought alcohol is NOT allowed with us.
However, it is possible to order from the bar along the way, which is served in their living room. It must then be kept inside the living room at all times.
Select "Adult birthday" as an option in the booking system, and tick if you want to be able to order from the bar or not. Note! Absolutely all participants must be 18 years of age for this to be allowed.
Cancellation / change
Cancellation or change of date on booking with accommodation must be made no later than one week before the booked time. Cancellation or change of date shorter than 1 week entails a fee of NOK 500.
