Meeting og conference in the Actionhall

We have two meeting rooms / conference rooms that can be rented from us:

Meeting room 1

Meeting room 1, is a large and pleasant meeting room / conference room with a capacity of up to 30 people on a group table or 40 people in a course setup, with 2 projectors, table, chairs and coffee / tea / water.

This can be rented during the day between 08:00 and 16:00 for NOK 4,000, - excl. VAT. At other times, contact us for a price quote.

The Barcade

The Barcade is our bar room, which also serves as meeting rooms evenings and weekends. The room has a projector and can accommodate up to 30 people.

Some noise from the Lasertag arena next door must be expected, but there is good sound insulation in the walls, so it is fine to hold meetings.

This can be rented after 4 pm on weekdays and between 12 and 18 Saturdays, as well as 12-22 Sundays.

It is also possible to rent The Barcade all Sundays for eg baptisms, confirmations etc.

Generally

It is possible to rent meeting rooms only for meetings, or add break activities such as Lasertag or various team activities that can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour.

Restaurant Bjørk is located on the floor below us, so it is possible to either pull down for lunch or order delivered in the conference room.

Wi-fi with large bandwidth is included in the price.

We can also arrange delivery of slices / baguettes, as well as soft drinks.

Meeting room prices:

Rental of large meeting room all weekday (08:00 - 16:00) NOK 4000 (excl. VAT) Coffee, tea and water included.

Rental of The Barcade evening / weekend 4 hours: NOK 2000, - excl. VAT

Rent of The Barcade all Sunday (12-22) NOK 4000, - excl. VAT

If you are planning an afternoon / evening / weekend meeting that does not fit the standard packages, contact us for a price quote.

Any food, soft drinks etc will be added. Own brought / ordered food and drink is of course also possible, but not alcohol, as we have a license to serve alcohol. It is possible to order beer, wine, cider etc with us.

Prices of food delivered to the meeting room:

Half landing with assorted order NOK 40 / each

Entire gangway assorted order NOK 70 / each

Soda (0.33 box): NOK 35 / each

We can reserve a table for you at restaurant Bjørk on the floor below if desired.

If desired, birch can invoice us, and we collect payment on a joint invoice for an administration surcharge of NOK 100 + VAT.

Before we order food, we will contact you to confirm the number of participants, approximately 4 days before the booked date.
